We offer a variety of half-day and one-day workshops - on a variety of different topics - that introduce the mindsets and behaviors of human-centered design.


multi-day learning experiences

A Learning Experience is an intense (and fun!) multi-day session, during which teams have an opportunity to learn and practice the behaviors associated with human-centered design.



We don’t do a lot of lecturing. Instead, education with Stoked is experiential. We deliver a custom-designed experience, and we give participants the opportunity to draw their own conclusions, and form their own opinions. In each session, we focus on the following outcomes:


alignment on the fundamentals

During a Learning Experience, participants develop a common language and a shared understanding of the fundamental tools, mindsets and behaviors that fuel human-centered design.

building capacity and confidence

As they learn, participants build excitement and capacity. They leave with the knowledge, confidence, energy and enthusiasm to bring a human-centered approach to their own day-to-day work. 

ongoing support

After a session with us, participants are encouraged to incorporate new behaviors into their day-to-day experience. The stoked team is available for remote coaching, to keep team members headed in the right direction and feeling well supported.
