View this email in your browser To those of you who find yourself behind the scenes, this newsletter is for you.  As we all know, it takes a village to create a magical experience. There are those on stage, full of a certain kind of confidence, naturally selling the experience at hand. We thank you for being the voice. Really, we do. But, there are so many more of us, hustling and bustling around behind the curtain. We are the owners of the small details, helping make the "front of house" voices come to life. As one of these folks, I know I may never get the spotlight pointed my way, and that’s ok. I do this work, sometimes creating the weirdest little personal touches, because it somehow just makes sense to me. This month I want to not only share what that looks and feels like for me, but also celebrate all the others out there. If this sounds like your world, keep creating the weird little extra touches. Keep shining through your work. Just because you don't have a spotlight directly on you doesn’t mean the world shouldn’t see all you have to offer...or better yet, find a way to sneak up front and take your well deserved moment.
