Welcome to the 10 year anniversary of Stoked!

To celebrate, we want to express our gratitude by giving more...way more. We are a fortunate bunch. Think about it…our mission is to awaken the human spirit. We spend 40+ hours every week improving the work experience through brave action. You trust us to teach, coach, share, and experiment alongside you.

We don’t take this trust for granted. In return, it’s our responsibility to be bold. To push boundaries. To try things first. To really mess it up. And to help you do the same thing in your own world (but perhaps a little more gracefully). Collectively, we are taking bets on a brighter future. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being our co-conspirators.

So, to kick off our year of celebration, check out an article from Anna Love, our CEO. She’s written a letter to her 2012 self, reflecting on everything she’s learned as a co-founder and now our CEO...It’s been quite the journey.

Next, we want to share our first act of giving. We will be sponsoring an Afghan refugee family resettling in the U.S. alongside our partners and collaborators from Alight. This amazing organization has been providing humanitarian and disaster relief aid to more than 3.5 million people in 17 countries each year. You can join us in supporting them in the link below.

Letter To My Younger Self

Hey Anna, it’s me, OG Anna. It is the beginning of 2022, which means it’s been 10 rewarding, invigorating, painful, awkward, beautiful years since the Stoked journey began.
